This field indicates that the employee's marital status for tax purposes is "Not married".
Use
It is relevant for employees with income category A and H and is one of the factors used to determine the Tax table or Tax table column to use in the tax calculation.
Dependencies
The value in this field is checked for consistency against the Personal Data infotype (0002).
Nevertheless, the marital status relevant for tax calculation can be different from the marital status specified in the Personal Data infotype. For example, a married employee who is not legally divorced can choose to have his or her tax calculations accounted as single tax payer.
