This field groups the contract types according to the expected termination of the employment contracts or according to other relevant contract features used in Social Security deduction processing.

Use

The contract type grouping specified in this field is used, together with other factors, for Social Security rate selection.

In fact, for some Social Security regimes, depending on the contract type (fixed term, unlimited contract, and so on), the percentage rates for the employee's and employer's contribution may change.

Procedure

Examples

Either fixed term or non-fixed term contract types should belong to the same grouping since both lead to the same Social Security treatment.
