Definition

Specifies the total number of hours that the service personnel actually worked. It includes time spent in the following activities:

  • Overtime
  • Tasks like working tools preparation, tools preparation and maintenance, idle but paid working times due to occasional work absences, machine downtime or accidents and small coffee breaks.

It does not include time spent in absences, whether it is paid or not.
