This field indicates the disability percentage of the employee, in comparison to the normal ability of a non-handicapped employee.

Use

The percentage of disability, specified in this field, is used to determine the disability relevancy for Social Security as well as for tax processing.

When you specify a percentage in this field, the system automatically checks its Social Security and tax-processing relevancy.
