Definition
This field defines the maximum limit of leave days that are paid to the employee on the second calendar year of their contract. This value is established by law and, therefore, the value entered must be in accordance to the law.

Example
The employee is hired on the second semester on 01/08/2004, is entitled to 10 leave days (2*5) and, by law, the employee will only be entitled to take leave after 6 months of work (see T5PV1, V_T5PV1-NRMON), i.e., on 01/02/2005. The basis for the calculation of leave is 1200 EUR.
If the "Vacation allowance adjustment on first year" flag is set, the employee will receive the leave corresponding to the first and second years, up to the maximum limit defined in this field (ex. 30):
- on the following year 1636,37 EUR (1200 EUR /22 * 30)
