Definition
Indicates the number of persons working for the employer on 31. October of the calender year, considering namely the following persons:
- Employed
- Non-remunerated family member
- Employees that have roles in the company/entity
- Active members of cooperatives
It should only be excluded persons absent more than a month ago regarding the indicated reference date (31. October). The number of persons working for the entity must be equal to the sum of persons working in all local units.
