One application of the assortment list is the store-specific analysis, preparation and shipping of object changes by means of the change analysis. This can, however, only be used by the SAP R/3 system after a store-specific initialization has taken place. An initialization by assortment list is, however, always connected with the preparation and dispatch of all materials managed in a store together with relevant additional information. Particularly in the case of a high number of stores and/or articles, large problems with performance can occur. In some cases, however, an initialization is not required on the customer side. The report simulates an initialization in order to save valuable time and system resources.
