Deletion rule
Use
This determines whether the system checks portfolio references in the existent document prior to deletion. Valid entries are:
- No check when deleting
This is the default setting. The system will not generate any warnings before you delete a portfolio record. - Check document reference before deletion
The system will check to see whether there are any documents assigned to the portfolio record. If there are, you will not be able to delete the portfolio record. - Deletion not allowed
The system will not allow portfolio records to be deleted under any circumstances.
You can also define whether the external portfolio number must be entered.
