The time unit (hours or days) depends on how the absence quota type has been set up in Customizing under Personnel Time Management -> Absences -> Managing Time Accounts with Attendance/Absence Quotas -> Time Quota Types -> Define Absence Quota Types (view V_T556a).
Use
This field is used to divide the average weekly earnings to derive the average hourly earning rate.
