This is an indicator for the super salary field usage. If the checkbox is crossed, it means that the 'Superable Earnings' per period is being replaced by the amount that is in 'Super Prd Salary'.
If the checkbox is not crossed, then any amount that may be in field 'Super Prd Salary' is not considered.
If this checkbox is crossed, and the 'Super Prd Salary' is blank, then the amount for period salary will come from a table.
