Definition
Record leave year and sequence number. The format is YYYYNN.
The sequence number is the number to record number of anniversary events that occur in a year. For example, leave type A3 has a 3 monthly anniversary frequency. That means this leave type will roll-over 4 times in a year. The sequence number of the first anniversary roll over is 01, and the second anniversary will be 02, etc.
The sequence number must be in sequence. It is not possible to have 199601, 199602, 199604. There must be the 199603 before 1999604 year number is created.
If the leave type anniversary frequency is 1 Year or 12 Months, the only logical value of the sequence number is 01. If another sequence number is entered, the system will reject this adjustment.
When a record is inserted in Leave History Adj. infotype (P0312) via leave view, the year number is selected and defaulted. New insert leave year sequence number will be valuated in the processing.
