The possible adjustment values for this field are
- X - the entitlement year is impacted by parental leave and any absences taken from this entitlement taken should be paid at the average rate.
- blank - the entitlement year is not impacted by parental leave and any absences taken from this entitlement should be paid at the higher of the average or ordinary weekly earnings.
