Procedure
Examples
- To calculate income tax for an employee with an annual salary of $20,000, subtract $9,500 from the annual salary, multiply the result by 0.24 and finally add $1,425 to that amount.
- To calculate the tax rebate on an annual salary of $9800, subtract $6240 from the annual salary, multiply the result by 0.20 and subtract this from the base amount of $728.
