Definition

Indicates whether or not the ACC earner premium percentage should be added to the flat tax percentage.

Use

If you use tax code STC (Special Tax Code), the flat tax rate does not include the ACC earner premium percentage. If you wish the system to add the ACC earner premium percentage to the flat tax rate, select the checkbox.

Note

If you use STC tax code for tax calculation, you must manually enter the tax percentage in the Tax Percentage field. In this case, you must follow one for the following options:

• Deselect this checkbox if you enter a tax percentage that includes earner's premium. If you enter the tax percentage as specified in the IR23 certificate, you must leave this checkbox deselected. This is because the percentage specified in the IR23 certificate includes the earner's premium.
• Select this checkbox if you enter a tax percentage that does not include earner's premium. Here, the system obtains the earner's premium directly from Customizing.
