Definition

Default employee contribution percentage to the superannuation fund.

Use

If you enter a percentage for the employee contribution in an employee's superannuation infotype record, this will override the default percentage.

The resulting amount will be factored for partial periods automatically.

The system defaults the value for this field from the superannuation fund (in the Implementation Guide for Payroll Accounting New Zealand under Superannuation -> Superannuation Funds -> Define superannuation fund details). If you require this field to be left blank, you should set up another superannuation fund code for the same fund with no defaults in the table.
