Definition
Wage type used to pay the leave adjustments on anniversary.
Use
This wage type is only used for leave payments where current and average calculations are compared at anniversary time.
If leave is taken before entitlement, then leave is paid at the current rate. If, at leave anniversary time, the average rate is higher, then the difference between what the employee was paid and what he should have been paid will be put against this wage type.
