Definition
Status displays the completeness of required and non-required data for the magnetic file for each entry that has been processed by the program. There are three status, represented visually by three different icons below.
Icon @0A@ : At least one field of the magnetic file required data is missing for this entry.
Icon @09@ : At least one field of the magnetic file non-required data is missing for this entry. None of the required fileds are missing for the entry.
Icon @08@ : The entry has a complete set of required, non-required data for the magnetic file.
Note that the report HMXUACTPBS will only generate magnetic files when each of the three files has no missing required data. All three files will be generated in one same report run.
