If this checkbox is marked it means that in the output format, in the fields where no amount exists, the value zero (initial value) will be displayed.
If this checkbox is not marked it means that in the output format, in the fields where no amount exists, the fields will be displayed as empty (with no initial value).
This checkbox does not apply to Form 37-B for 2001 (HRMX_LIB_RET2001). That is, for this form, in those fields where no amount exists, a zero is always displayed.
