Definition
This indicates the tax calculation type that you use for processing a specific item. the allowed values are:
- 'A' Annual bonus
This is an annual gratuity payment that all employees are entitled to. This entitlement is defined in Art.87 of the Federal Work Law (LFT).
- 'B' Extra Bonus
These are non-regular special payments, different to the annual gratuity, profit share and vacation pay.
- 'H' Fees
These are payments an employee receives for provision of an independent personal service.
- 'J' Annual tax adjustment
Annual tax adjustment process.
- 'M' Monthly tax adjustment
Monthly tax adjustment process.
- 'O' Regular
This refers to all payments an employee receives regularly in each payroll period. The employee obtains them for provision of subordinate personal work.
- 'P' Pensions and Retirement
These are payments the company makes to the employees, as pensions, retirement and retirement credits. They are defined in the benefit plan of each company.
- 'R' Profit share
These are payments the company makes to the employees for their participation in company resources. This entitlement is defined in Arts.117 to 131 of the Federal Work Law (LFT).
- 'S' Separation and severance
This is a payment the company makes to an employee due to separation from the company where the employee was performing subordinate personal work. This entitlement is defined in Arts.48, 50 and 162 of the Federal Work Law.
- 'V' Vacation pay
This refers to the extra payment the company makes to the employee due to paid vacation entitlement. This entitlement is defined in Arts.76 and 80 of the Federal Work Law (LFT).
