Definition

If this checkbox is flagged, the days and the wage for the period in which the employee worked as a temporary employee are added to the basis of the period in which he or she has a fixed or indefinite contract.

Example

• Period as a temporary employee: 01/12/2000 to 07/12/2000
• No. of days as a temporary employee: 7
• Wage cumulated as a temporary employee: $350
• Period with permanent contract: 08/12/2000 to 31/12/9999
• No. of days with permanent contract up to 31/12/2000: 24
• Wage cumulated as permanent employee: $1200

When you select this field and run the profit share report for the year 2000, the 24 days worked as a permanent employee plus the 7 days as a temporary employee will be used. If you do not select this field, only the 24 days worked under permanent contract will be used.
