Definition

Used to calculate the default value of an allowance.

You can assign allowances to a position when you classify the position in question.

Use

The percentage rate is used to determine the default value of an allowance as follows: The default value with the expenditure type ' ' (blank) of the corresponding pay scale group is multiplied by the percentage value specified.

You can either determine the default value automatically by specifying a percentage value, or you can enter an absolute amount manually in the Amount field.

Requirements

You must have defined a default value for the pay scale group with expenditure type ' ' (blank).

Procedure

Either enter a percentage value, or enter an absolute default value manually in the Amount field.
