Definition
This check box is meant to be used for employees whose termination payments have already been calculated. If it is selected, only those terminated employees will be selected who do not have the additional payments specified in the Additional Payments tab page.
To use this check box, the check boxes Payroll and Master Data must be selected.
Example
At the time of the termination of a certain group of employees, it can happen that it is not possible to forsee the profit share as it will be calculated sometime in the future. In this case, the user can calculate all termination payments due on the termination date and afterwards, once the required information is known, run the program again to calculate the profit share payments. Selecting this check box and adding the payments corresponding to the profit share in the Additional payments tab page will do the job.
