This is the net payment to be received by the employee as the result of the whole termination process, including deductions, possible retro accounting calculations and so on. It is just the final wage type /560 ( -/561 in case it is negative) to be paid. It should not be confused with the Termination payments. The last ones account here as a part of the total perceptions.
