Use
Procedure
Enter the ID of the state in question.
Examples
A person has completed an item that involved being the holder of a position. When the event S_OLD "Holder leaves position" occurs, this item is considered 'Completed', and the state of the item is changed automatically.
Dependencies
When a triggering event occurs, the system checks to see if
- The objects in question are linked to each other via an individual development plan
- The state change is active for the event
- The original state of the item is correct
