Definition
Indicates that the employee is between 15 and 29 years old and works in a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME).
Use
Young employees who start working in SMEs from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2013 are entitled to an income tax exemption for three years. If you select the checkbox, during the first three years that the employee is employed, his or her income is exempted from taxation.
If the employee was employed by another SME after January 1, 2012, the start of the tax exemption period is the start date of the employment with the previous SME.
