Indicates that the employer is entitled to the exemption from the asbestos relief contribution for workers' compensation insurance (WCI).
Use
You can select the checkbox if the employer is engaged in asbestos-related construction but has fewer than 20 employees. After you have selected the checkbox, the employer is exempt from the asbestos relief contribution for WCI.
