Definition

Indicates a date for calculating monthly average separation payment. The system traces back a specified period from this date as the calculation period.

Use

Note:

• Make sure you have completed settings in Define Calculation Rule.
• If you have entered the Correction Pay field, value in the Valuation Date field is not in use.
• If you leave the Valuation Date field blank, the system uses the value in the Separation Date field to determine the calculation period.

Dependencies

Example

You have defined in the IMG activity Define Calculation Rule to use three months' regular payment for calculating monthly average separation payment.

If you enter 2002.06.31 in the Valuation Date field, the system retrieves the results of monthly regular payroll from 2002.04.01 to 2002.06.31 for calculation.
