Documentation

It is the amount that the employee should repay the loan when he or she gets bonus which has been defined the off-cycle reason in Customizing. In addition to this amount, the interest incurs as debit.

Example

For a loan of 3,000 EURO, a repayment of 500 EURO is specified for an off-cycle reason.

First, you define one entry Off-cycle reason 0002 "periodic bonus" in the Customizing table T7KRL1. Then when the employee gets periodic bonus, he or she should pay 500 EURO to repay the loan till pays off the loan. In addition to this repayment installment, interest of 125 EURO incurs, at an interest rate of 5% for each period between twice repayments. This interest debit decreases with the repayments already made.
