Documentation
Definition
Specifies the amount of separation payment that is excluded from the limit check for separation payment. Only the separation payment an employee receives for his or services as a senior executive after January 1, 2012 is applicable for the check.
Use
The system deducts this amount from the total separation payment. The separation payment to be excluded is as follows:
Appointment Time Excluded of Separation Payment
The employee was appointed as senior executive before January 1, 2012. The amount of separation payment the employee receives for his or her service before January 1, 2012
The employee was appointed as senior executive after January 1, 2012. The amount of separation payment the employee receives for his or her service before he or she was appointed as senior executive
