Use
If the employee has a housing loan, of which interest has a fixed rate or is not deferrable, enter the interest amount that the employee has paid in this year for the loan. The system deducts this interest payment from employee's annual income during the year-end adjustment (YEA) process.
Note:
The amount that you enter must be less than 15,000,000.
Dependencies
Between the following two types of interest payment deduction, an employee is entitled to only one:
- Interest payment for housing loans of more than 30 years
- Interest payment for housing loans of which interest has a fixed rate or is not deferrable
