Definition
Indicates that an employee's health insurance for last year has not been adjusted.
Use
You use this checkbox when you are delimiting the employee's medical insurance information, but the adjustment of health insurance for last year has not been announced or adjusted. When the employee leaves the company, the status of the checkbox determines if the off-cycle payroll (0007 or 0008) adjusts the employee's health insurance premium for the previous year:
- If you select the checkbox, the payroll adjusts the employee's health insurance premiums for both the current and previous years.
- If you do not select the checkbox, the payroll only adjusts the health premium for the current year.
