Use
The selection of the checkbox changes how the system calculates an employer's share of premiums for social insurances:

The Process Social Insurance Premium (KRSIP) payroll function reads the supplement rate from the Korea Social Insurance Contribution (T7KRIC) table. - Unselected
The Process Social Insurance Premium (KRSIP) payroll function reads the supplement rate from the HR Rate for Social Insurance KR (T7KRIR) table.
