Definition

Enter the date on which the employee makes the deposit to the Individual Retirement Account (IRA) institution.

Note:

To get the IRA tax refund, an employee must make the deposit in a legally required period after he or she receives the separation payment.

Check the allowed number of days in Customizing for Payroll Korea under Separation Payment -> Define IRA Related Payroll Constants.

Use

The system checks difference between this date and the value entered in the Agreed Payment Date field on the screen of the subtype Separation Payment, and compares with the allowed number of days.

Note:

If no value is in the Agreed Payment Date field, the system checks the value in the Original Separation Pay Date field instead.
