Example
Mr. Li has made a public corporation donation of KRW 200,000 in 2009, in which only KRW 150,000 was subject to deduction during the YEA payroll run.
To entitle Mr. Li be eligible for deduction for the remaining donation, the HR administrator maintains the Year End Adjustment Data (0542) infotype as follows when preparing for YEA 2010:
- In the Donation Amount field, enter the original total donation amount KRW 200,000
- Select the Carried Over checkbox
- In the Deducted in Pre.Yr. field, enter KRW 150,000
