Definition
At the beginning of each year, the Health Insurance Company (HIC) returns you a confirmed file that includes each employee's adjustment result of health insurance premium in the previous year.
This amount is for the retirees' health insurance adjustment, which is calculated by dividing the confirmed premium by the service period in month.
When you run the report HKRUNP00 (Health Insurance & National Pension Grade Change BDC), the file's data is uploaded to the Social insurance premium infotype 0544 automatically. Only in the very exceptional case, you modify this amount directly.
