Definition
This is used to determine which transcript should be provided to financial aid.
A student may have several transcripts for one transcript category, but the BAPI will not provide all transcripts which have the same category. Instead, BAPI just provides a representative transcript for each transcript category. Derivation rule tells system how to find the representative transcript.
The SAP System provides two rules:
- Highest Status ( Status, which has the highest level)
- Most Recently Issued
