Documentation
Definition
Period which is subdivided into related time periods by grouping together time limits.
Use
You can use the time limit sequence to link related time limits and subdivide a specific period into subperiods. Based on the assigned time limit sequences, the system determines the subperiod within which a specified date falls.
A time limit may only be assigned to one time limit sequence.
In Campus Management, time limit sequences are used in fee calculation and in correspondence.
Use in Fee Calculation
An example is provided in Using Time Limit Sequences in Fee Calculation.
For more information on time limit sequences, see the following activities in Campus Management Implementation Guide (IMG):
Use in Correspondence
For information, see Define Time Limit-Dependent Address Determination in the Implementation Guide (IMG).
