Documentation
Definition
Defines whether the system should perform a student activation check.
Use
If you set this indicator, the system checks if the student is active after the check-from date (for example, registration or admission application). Further processing depends on the result of this check.
Dependencies
The system performs the student activation check in archiving programs. This check ensures that the archiving flag is not set for the accounts of active students.
The student activation check is called together with a check-from date, and consists of two parts:
- First, the system checks if admission applications or registrations exist after the check-from date.
- Then, the system calls the business add-in HRPIQ00_ST_INACTIVE which you can use to implement additional customer-specific checks.
