Definition

Specifies whether all the values the system requires to calculate the performance index are available. This set of values is the referred to as the calculation basis.

Use

The system determines the degree of reliability while calculating the performance index as follows:

• The system sets the degree of reliability to 100 percent if all of the values it requires to calculate the performance index are available (calculation basis is complete).
• The system sets the degree of reliability to a value below 100 percent if not all of the values it requires to calculate the performance index are available (calculation basis is incomplete).

  The calculation basis is considered incomplete if the modules included in the calculation have not been assigned a grade.
