Documentation
Definition
The academic performance index consists of academic work filters and a calculation.
Use
The system determines the performance index in a Campus Management application and transfers it to the rules for further checks. It determines the academic performance index in several steps:
- An application, such as progression, transfers a set of academic work objects to a calculation point.
- The system filters this set of academic work objects. Each filter can be controlled by means of parameters.
- The remaining set of academic work objects is transferred to the calculation.
Example
Academic performance indices can be:
- Averages
- Weighted averages
- Credit totals
- Number of programs
