Use
A scale value (grade) has an upper and a lower limit on the standard scale.
The standard value corresponds to the value that would be assigned to an average grade.
Example
A scale value A corresponds to the standard value 95,000.00. The lower limit of this standard value is 91,500.00; the upper limit is 100,000.00. Academic performance rated with the standard value 95,000.00 corresponds to an average grade on scale A. Academic performance rated above the standard value 95,000.00 corresponds to an above-average grade.
