Definition
Standard value for scale value.
Use
A scale value (grade) is defined by the upper and lower limits (value range) set for the corresponding standard value.
The standard value for a scale value corresponds to the average grade on this scale.
Example
The scale value A corresponds to the standard value 95,000.00. The lower limit of this standard value is 91,500.00; the upper limit is 100,000.00. A grade that is assigned the standard value 95,000.00 would be considered an average grade on scale A. All grades with standard values above 95,000.00 would be considered above-average grades.
