Documentation
Definition
Defines the scale which the external organization uses to rate an external qualification.
Dependencies
If you do not define an EQ scale for the external organization, the system uses the higher-level EQ scale. The order of precedence for EQ scales is as follows:
- Scale assigned to the external organization
- Scale assigned to the next higher-level external organization
- Standard scale
(If an EQ scale is not specified in 1 but in 2, the system uses the one specified in 2.)
Example
The organizational units of a (higher-level) external organization all use the same EQ scale. In this case, it makes sense to maintain only the EQ scale of the higher-level external organization. If no EQ scale is specified for the lower-level organizational units, the system automatically uses the EQ scale of the higher-level organization.
