Definition
Highest value for which a scale value still applies.
Use
You must define the upper and lower limits of a scale value in order to set its value range. The highest value within a value range (upper limit) is the maximum value for which a scale value applies.
Example
The scale value 5 has a lower limit (lowest value) of 4.5 and an upper limit (highest value) of 5.0.
A grade within the value range 4.5 and 5.0 corresponds to the scale value 5.
