Definition

Deactivates the implicit condition, which is:
"100 % of the subrequirements must be fulfilled in order for the requirement to be fulfilled."

Use

If you set this indicator, only the auxiliary conditions of the requirement must be fulfilled but not the implicit condition.

You can also set this indicator for a requirement in which only 4 of 5 (80 %) subrequirements must be fulfilled.

The system reads this indicator when it evaluates the requirements in an audit run.

Example

The general program requirements requirement contains a number of subrequirements, some of which are:

  • 10 credits from the subject area of English
  • Minimum grade of 3.0 in English

This requirement also has an auxiliary condition of 30 credits.

This requirement is fulfilled in an audit run if all the given subrequirements (implicit condition) as well as the auxiliary condition is fulfilled.

If you set the implicit condition indicator, the system only applies the auxiliary condition when it determines the result.
