Definition
An alphanumeric key that uniquely identifies a refund type for a module.
Procedure
The calculation of refunds for withdrawal modules consists of two basic elements,
- Term/session-dependent time scales with their respective refund rules.
- Tuition refund calculation algorithms, that take the respective refund rules into account. This is based on the student's original and current registration for modules.

- The duration of modules
- The credit hours / course value of modules
- The deposit, such as special class fee
