Documentation
Use
A session group is a combination of related academic sessions. You can use the session group to combine the academic sessions which are relevant for a specific application. An academic session can be assigned to different session groups.
The following Campus Management applications use session groups:
- Admission and registration (via session variants)
- Module booking
- Program type progression
- Academic records
You can combine the academic sessions which are relevant for a specific application to a session group. For example, you can combine the assessment sessions you want to use in the academic records application to a session group. If the academic sessions in a session group are valid for several applications, you do not have to set up separate session groups for these applications.
