Definition

Specifies whether a reference to an academic period (year/session) is allowed, required, or not allowed for this note type.

Use

This reference always applies to an academic year and session simultaneously. However, when you create a note you can always specify the academic session optionally to the academic year.

The system uses the setting for field display on the note processing interface as follows:
