Documentation
Definition
Modules consist of event types and lower-level modules which in turn can also contain event types. These event types are either mandatory or optional items. Each event type has a schedule module containing information that enables you to calculate the number of hours. The total number of hours of all mandatory items within a module are the mandatory number of hours for this module; the total number of hours of all optional items within a module are the optional hours for this module. The mandatory and optional hours comprise both the number of hours of the event types belonging to a module and the number of hours of the event types belonging to the lower-level modules. The total number of hours are therefore calculated by totalling the number of hours of all event types contained in the hierarchy of the chosen higher-level module.
The number of hours is rounded to a whole number.
The number of hours is always based on a specific key date.
The key date is the start date of the credit record.
Example:
Schedule modules of an event type:
01.01.2001 - 31.01.2001
01.02.2001 - 01.03.2001
02.05.2001 - 31.12.9999
Start date of the credit record: 03.06.2001
This means the system calculates the number of hours for the schedule
model valid from 02.05.2001 - 31.12.9999.
