Date as of which the student is registered for the new program.
Example
The 2003/2004 academic year starts on 01.10.2003. If you want to create a change of program for a student at the beginning of this academic year, enter 01.10.2003 in this field.
When you create a change of program, the system opens a study segment with the start date 01.10.2003 for the new program and closes the study segment of the old program on 30.09.2003.
